I completely understand your trouble with not being too computer savvy yet needing to find a reasonable quotation from a web design company without being bogged down by the technical jargon. Lucky for you I speak to my clients in English. You can leave the tech stuff to me as that is for me to physically do, not to use to just try and confuse you.
As regards to your website I recommend a shop where people can purchase the sweet cones online. We can use a simple payment processor tool like PayPal to handle the physical money transactions online so they are safe and secure. Sweet cones are very popular at the moment so you are definitely entering a very good market.
