As you need to know and trust your website designer, take the conversation below that shows the problems that can arise between a client and a website designer if they both have their own agenda. From what we can make out they both are intent in ripping each other off.

As you might remember in the days when you were a PADI member and you took your IDC, MSDT and IDC Staff with me, the correct channels to report such behaviour of a PADI member is through the Quality Management Department, hence why I am giving you their e-mail address.

RE: the rest of your e-mail: which out of scope of this e-mail re: alleged inappropriate and illegal behaviour by a PADI Member, you seem to forget you were PAID 600 GBP to sort out the mess my websites were in which included: finding out it was a link Farm and clearing it up !!! That was actually what you were PAID to do !!! … and we all know you never did any work on the website after that apart from updating the text on the home page which “The next PADI IDC starts …” which take all of two minutes.
but as I said that is no pertinent to this e-mail, nor the fact I paid you to be included in your website, which you then stole.
As mentioned previously I have ALL the e-mail correspondence to prove that what you have written are lies, along with e-mails from other dive centres where you did a similar scam, but as I said that is no relevant to PADI at this point.
So in summary – PLEASE forward all the information you have to PADI and file an official complaint after which PADI will then be able to take the appropriate action.
[Website Designers] It seems you are going out of your way to pay your invoices. If you want to play hardball then carry on but you will end up far far worse than me and if anything its myself that should be upset with you for putting off paying for your website updates for one year then deciding you wont pay.
Regarding your website, we clearly have nothing to do with that after it transferred but as I told your new website designer your links were changed, do you not remember when I took over your website when I found out that it was acting as a link farm and sorted this out for you?
Along with your background in abusing student, ripping students off, alcoholism, drug abuse, abusing bar girls and I wont start on the fact that you have been reporting padi members to keep the competition down and I can really go on here if you want me to but you dont want me to believe me. If you make ‘waves’ for me I will make a tsunami for you. I have nothing to hide or lose but you have a lot, people in glass houses should not throw stones.
Now please stop bothering me, it seems you are losing friends at a fast rate these days ever thought why that is? Seriously get your life sorted and with a clear head look at what you owe me and then see how you feel.

[Website Designers] We are not going to directly answer any of this pathetic accusations you keep coming out with and once again will restate that we would really not like to hear one bad comment about ourselves as you know they would be unjustified and would only tarnish your reputation even further.
If I hear any negative comments I will also take immediate action to ensure everyone knows the truth about your refusal to pay for the website work we performed on your site. I have been asked many times by CDs, Students and Instructors about why I no longer recommend you and have refused, so far, to tell people why.
Once again please do not send another email as I will not read / answer it. I restate that If one negative / bad comment comes from your side then I will do everything in my power to let people know about your personal and business behaviour that are so far away from professional that you should be ashamed.
fyi here were your rankings before we begun work on your site, I now regret getting involved with you in a business relationship which is a shame all around and the fault is all down to you I am afraid.

Please do not underestimate me or the staff I have on hand as I now have lots of time on my hands and I am not as stupid or internet ignorant and you believe. It is YOUR choice if you want to start this …. you claim to be a “professional” I would strongly suggest that you start behaving like one.
Regarding the payment you have asked for as “a token payment” for the updates …. as I have said before I view that we are equal as regards the commissions on the websites I have put your way: you appear to only wish to pay me 10% whereas I was paying you 20% … I assumed that it would be equal at the gross price are the products we sell are the same value … but anyway even if you work on 10% then as you yourself have written:
